John Heath

John Heath is a seasoned legal professional and business leader with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of law, business, and technology. Born and raised in Sandy, Utah, John developed a strong work ethic and an appreciation for relationship-building early in life, influenced by his father’s career in commission sales and his mother’s work as an elementary school teacher.

John earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Utah, with a minor in History and a certificate in International Relations. He later received his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University College of Law, completing his legal studies in just two and a half years. During law school, he participated in a summer abroad program in Cairo, Egypt, through Seton Hall University, studying Islamic law, international trade law, and international criminal law. He was admitted to the Utah Bar shortly after graduation.

John later earned a Master of Business Administration from Southern Utah University and completed mediation training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.

For the past 20 years, John has focused his practice on consumer credit and family law. Throughout his career, he has successfully combined legal expertise, business strategy, regulatory management, and technology to grow and scale his practice areas.

Outside of his professional work, John is actively involved in community and global initiatives. He has served on the board of his local Red Cross chapter, contributed to a foundation supporting the development of a boxing gym in South Jordan, Utah, and serves on the board of a legal publishing and events company with operations in Dubai and Cairo. An avid traveler, John also enjoys golfing and snow skiing.

John has been married for more than 32 years and is the proud father of five children and grandfather of six.
